Lets Educate the Pet Owners!

"Any breed can cause trouble. The difference between an aggressive Chihuahua and an aggressive pit bull is that the bigger breeds can cause proportionately bigger damage." (Cesar, 2012)

I am putting it out there folks! This ban on dog breeds has reached new heights! I firmly believe that it isn't the dogs that are the problem but the humans who own the dogs. “A major dog behavior problem stems from dogs becoming aggressive out of frustration and dominance. The frustration comes from a lack of exercise, and the dominance comes from a lack of calm-assertive leadership.” (Millan, 2011)  Lets educate pet owners, lets license them as well as breeders. That way all this "aggressive" breeds below will no longer be on this list.
